sims4 Ayuda; archivo Resource.CFG no me funciona

Hola, alguien podría ayudarme pasándome una copia del archivo resource.cfg que esta dentro de la carpeta de Mods de los Sims4? Al instalar el juego no puedo descomprimir el archivo .rar por que me sale como dañado. A causa de esto no puedo instalar mods
