Mods used for cute asian faces ?

Coming back to Skyrim after yet another long hiatus ; wanted to make a cute asian character as I did often happen to stumble upon JP / CN / KR people's blogs and always happened to like theirs . While of course I could try asking the authors about how they made their OCs I thought it might have been a decent idea to seek for help here in LL as well . 

Does anyone happen to know what mods might have been used to create any of the characters depicted in the attached images ( or similars ) ? Whether it was RM / ECE or something else entirely used to sculpt the face , whether specific head mods are used , hair mods , makeup mods , eyes , literally anything useful you might know . 

I don't know much about modding myself as I'm generally just a mod user but if learning is required I won't shy away from it .

In fact, to create such a character, you don’t need very much, much more is required just the skill of creating beautiful faces. To create faces I use Enhanced Character Edit and Pure Skin Texture (Sometimes mixing files with Demoniac). A big part of the beauty of the face, after all, lies in choosing the right texture. The post processing of enb will also affect the appearance. You can also use some mods for high-poly heads, but without them you can do something similar.

There are so many presets on nexus that go in this direction and list the mods needed!
I personally used the Hina - A Cute Nord High Poly preset as the basis for my preset.
Just look around in the preset section of nexus maybe you'll find something there, then you can use the required mods that the author specifies!
