So I originally created the CC stuff and the actual lot for my own personal use - I wanted an industrial-style home for my Sim.  After some persuasion from Deganwolf, I decided to post it up on here for anyone that may want it.

 

There are 2 files, you'll only need to download one of them:

CC only - contains some new creations (10 items in total - the pack requirements are in the title of the item)

CC & Lot - contains the new creations, as well as some stuff from my other packs.  I've tried to keep other CC to a minimum, but have included it anyway.

 

The lot sits on a 20X15 lot space, with a galley-style kitchen, full dining area, a "hidden" lounge/man cave, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an outdoor recreation/fitness area, and some office space.  Make sure you've got bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot to ensure it works correctly.  It'll cost a pretty $89,000 - sorry, but it was worth it lol

 

All items can be found in the catalogue by searching "IndustrialLiving" or "Cubman"
