So I installed AGOT and the Dark World mod. I also have in the AGOT portrait mod installed. The mods work fine together, there arent any errors at all, but I noticed that when heroes or villain arrive at my kingdom, castle, etc, They dont have custom images. Now I am assuming that Dark World cant work with AGOT portrait mod, but I was hoping someone here could help me out with this issue. Thank you so much!

Ok so I just realized, an Orc arrived to my court and her portrait works but the others dont. I tried giving Carol the trait captainmarvel01_pic and that didnt work

I'm the creator of the original AGoT portrait mod (on Steam, not the agot citadel version). I haven't played Dark World in a while, so I'm not sure on that, but multiple portrait mods can have a lot of conflicts because the vast majority of them borrow the code and files in my mod as a template, including Dark World, so you'll have code that sometimes conflicts. For example, one mod might have a file with a collection of portraits, but another mod might have that exact same file name, but with a different set of portraits. The game awards priority to whatever loads at the top of the mod load order, so Dark World will win priority if it's higher in the load order, which might explain why your console command doesn't work.

If you compare the gfx files in both mods, you'll notice they share similar file-naming structures, which is remedy_portrait_swapping.dds, so if you're putting your portraits into the lower priority mod, then all its similarly named files will be ignored.

What I recommend doing is since Dark World is the main mod, just directly insert your own portraits into Dark World and forget about using my AGoT mod. Open the gfx portrait files and replace any missing portraits of blank silhouette numbered characters. Looking at the files, dw_portraits_18.dds and dw_portraits_20.dds doesn't use any portraits, so just add whatever GoT portraits you want to use into those.

Using multiple portrait mods is just a recipe for disaster. Merge the mods. The worst part too is if you're several hours into a save file and try to make portrait changes, it might ruin your save file, since the portraits are assigned based on hidden traits (ex. captainmarvel01_pic) and adding/deleting traits can swap everything around based on how Paradox programmed trait assignments.
