Khajiit tails stick straight out

I have no idea what's going on. I'm on SE. I haven't played Skyrim in a long time and just booted it up again after like half a year, so I don't know or remember what I did to cause this, but I have run FNIS, and I have even unchecked ALL of my mods excluding alternate start, started a new game, ran FNIS again, and yet they STILL stuck out, so I have no clue what to do now. It wasn't like this before I stopped playing.
