block anims (vag/anal/oral) when devices cover certain areas?

did I imagine it or is there a setting to say

do not run an animation if that hole is blocked?

I cant find it in the mcm but I thought it existed, but my char was plugged & chastity belted front and back yet still had vag sex

I forget what it is called but yes in Skyrim LE there is a restrict sex animations option, there is also the option to not restrict the animations but that is not the default.
