COCOBody and BHUNP allow this.  Others probably do, too.

I think the "new" CBBE body (CBBE 3BA which I think is also called 3BBB?) has this feature as well.

obody standalone could be a solution. Lets you alter any NPC and yourself to use any bodyslide preset in game.

Just make a specific bodyslide preset for your follower and in game look at your follower hit F10 and select your preset.
