Gender Change "On the Fly"

I very vividly remember using a mod that allowed me to target an NPC, that also opened a menu to change gender for both PC and the current NPC.

But I cant find it or remember it's name. Anyone got an Idea what I am searching for?

I believe that SLEN (Eager NPCs) has an option to assign a gender change hotkey.  That works whenever, wherever.
