all of the sudden the house going into concord isn't there.  everything in the house is there but no house.  it's like everything is just floating.  should i run a test edit on something or is this a mod problem or do i need some kind of a patch.

The first thing you should know is the issue you are facing is not a problem with Advanced Animation Framework (AAF) which is where you posted this.  That's likely why you didn't get a response yet.  There's a general troubleshooting area for Fallout 4 here.

One thing that could be helpful when posing a question like this, is a screenshot of the problem.  But I can make 2 guesses.

Either of the following could be true, Or maybe both.

1. You may have broken precombines.  If this is the case, the only fix is to install a mod that help keep precombines in tact and start a new game.  Once broken, precombines can not be fixed in existing saves.

To mitigate a precombine issue for the future, you can install 1 of the following mods:

Previs Solution A:

- Boston FPS Fix  (This one is old but still works, and if you want you can patch it with the second one listed)

- Boston FPS Fix - PRP Edition  (Treat this as a patch for Boston FPS fix, you need the first mod listed installed first, then install this one after it)

Previs Solution B:

Alternatively you can try the newer and more updated mod to solve the precombines issue - PRP.

- Previsibines Repair Pack

2. You may have a mod conflict.  This can be caused by 2 mods editing the same cell.  One way to check for this is to open up xEdit and look at all your mods.  You'll need to find where this world space is located and look for red indicating it is being overwritten.  An easier way to find it is to open the console in game and try and left click with your mouse on the house.  This will give you a formID that you can search for in xEdit and look at the Referenced By tab to see what else is touching the record.

You'll need to figure out if loading 1 mod before or after the other mod can fix the problem.

Or you can start disabling mods you think might edit the space and load a new game each time until you get the house to behave.

Here's my suggested troubleshooting order.  First try one of the 2 previs mods, start a new game, go to the house, see if it is ok.  If so, it was a previs problem, and you probably just need a new game at that point with the previs mod installed.  If it still looks broken, keep the previs mod and go to the next step of checking for a mod incompatibility.

If you are having trouble figuring out which mod is causing this you can try taking screenshots of all your mods in your mod manager and put the pictures in a spoiler tag here and we can take a look at them.
