Need help finding this helmet and it’s accompanying tentacle hair

Hey,

I have been trying to replicate this look on a new Skyrim character. I recently found the armor to be “liquid armor” by melodic but idk what the helmet/ head piece is? I also want to know what mod the tentacles are apart of as well.
