Sims will not get nude in CAS

Hey, as the title describes my male and female sims have reverted to default underwear options since the March WW update. I have tried searching for default replacement underwear in my mods folder but nothing has come up. I also have Simdulgence's RealGens penis mods installed and they are no longer showing up as an option in game. Any ideas on how to fix this?

is your game fully updated

did you mess with nudity setting in ww

Do you have this mod installed?

If so, remove it to fix your issue.

Game is updated to latest patch and I recently downloaded the April WW update and deleted the old file. It's been happening since the March update but wasn't before then. Haven't added any new mods, have searched and removed any default replacement body mods and now for some reason in CAS both the male and female torso is missing
