When I enter The Memory Den, Irma stops me to talk, and it CTDs. So I disable Irma, and as soon as Kitch starts talking, it CTDs. Any known conflicts, or Load Order thing?

Dear Snapdragon, one question...

I've got a syringe rifle, that can shoots by syringes with some different effects for the target. The Diary Wasteland Framework adds more effects. More than, it can be alcohol, drags, special motivating chems. This weapon is not unique, any raider potentially, can obtain it - find in the wasteland or buy from doctor.

The question: why nobody use this rifle, except the player? I am walking thru the wasteland, like in my personal garden, and no one creep is no shoot me by some "hypnotize serum" to getting my body for dirty use.
