Issue with Dragoness animations

If this question has already been asked, please point me there, and consider that I was offline for about a month. Anyway, on to the question. So, I have Defeat installed as well as animations for making Dragoness sexual encounters possible, and they are enabled. I have also enabled the settings to enable creature animations and for female creatures being able to trigger animations. However I'm still running into a problem with the Dragoness animations. Upon reaching the Defeat threshold my character will do the thing essential characters do when they're "killed". The progress bar will then show up, I'll advance it a little, and my character (male, btw) will shortly thereafter immediately go to post Defeat pose. I've fiddled with every setting I can think to check but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated

Dragonfights are scripted, the problem with that is that they are most of the time in an animation (flying.) To top that off they are way above your character (range difference for defeat to happen might be too high.)  Or the moment you get downed, there are other enemys that aggro them. (they aggro in a pretty big radius.)

 

Dragons are a really pain in the ass for combat defeat mods. I imagine that's one of the reasons they aren't as much animations for them as there could be, same with vampire lords which has a big camera problem if you are the VL yourself and the fact that there is only a single enemy VL in the entire vanilla game. But to get back to topic, there are only a very few instances where i could trigger dragon defeat and it always was when they where on the ground and still it was buggy most instances. It's something you will have to live with or bullshit it with another mod like hentai creatures or puppet master.  Bend Will shout and Dragonrend could also work.

Now, to be a little more descriptive, I have no issues with dragon animations starting when I'm using a female character. Those play just fine with no issues. It's only when I'm trying to get dragon animations to work on female dragons when I'm playing as a male character. I can almost sort of get it working because the female dragon will start approaching me like creatures usually do when initiating a Defeat scene, I'll get the "Hold LT or RT to resist" (I plug my controller in because I find it easier than MnK), and it will still immediately go to the post Defeat pose. I've tried the Voice of the Emperor power, and the RDO spell that makes all NPCs around you stop combat and it still won't work like it should. I'm also unsure as to why you mentioned Hentai Creatures when,as far as I know though I'm most likely wrong, dragons aren't in it (If I am wrong I'd like to know where I can find them). Or why you mentioned scenes involving dragons taking place anywhere but the ground. Unless you can make a dragon treat the air as a hard surface, you can't do it with dragons anywhere *but* the ground

I think to remember that There is a Dragon summoning spell in that mod, to be fair i think the gender that comes out is random. It would've been a good way to check if animations trigger with female dragons or if they are for whatever reason, not recognized by sexlab when the animations are called.

It should be sold by the guy in riverwood. You could also try using a mod similar to additem menu or console commands to get the spell.

True if we only consider the actual animation but the approach might also get interfered with its other animations, but as you said we can ignore that idea of mine since female pc´s get to have it with dragons so that's not the problem..

 

Here are coming again just wild ideas, sorry but that's the only i got cause i am not familiar with your issue and never read about it. It's either dragons don't do anything or they work. Never read about specific genders not working if Animations for that gender are registered. Dragons, especially female ones are the creatures with just a very limited number of animations, i think the only ones that exist are in horny creatures? So if these are registered, i would enable sexlabs debugging and the moment you see the animation is about to happen check the consol. It might give you a hint, if it tells you something like "No animations found." you have at least one kind of answer, then this means the animations for dragoness'  aren't registered correctly which is easily fixt by rebuilding and reregistering your animation regestry in Slal. If that's not the case, at least we know it's not the issue and somebody with more knowledge about that might take over.

It's not criticism, it's unnecessary rudeness. The first thing I tried *was* googling it. Then I came to this website directly when that yielded no results. And I still couldn't find anything regarding my specific issue so I thought it fitting to start the topic

 

So I just hopped into my Skyrim, I checked the spell list in Hentai Creatures and summoning dragons are still not there. So then I scoured Riverwood looking for a merchant that sells spells of that nature and didn't find anything. So I guess I don't have that mod. Then I tried looking up the ID for dragons added by Hentai Creatures by typing the help command. Didn't see anything for either male or female dragons. At this point I'm fairly convinced Hentai Creatures doesn't actually add summonable dragons. Or if it does, I don't have the right pack installed for them to be added in. In regards to your last paragraph, that information is basically what I was looking for from the beginning, because I couldn't think what the issue could've been
