Looking for mod suggestions

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to setup and run a brothel business and have prostitutes. I see there are a few whoring mods but I don't know which one will let me do what I want to do.

Are any of them not compatible with Wicked Perversions? Cause I want to use that mod to make Succubi. Or should I use another mod for Succubi?

Also is there a mod that adds BBW body types to the game? I have the futa world mod and would love to have some BBW and thicc girls to go with it.

You can usa Nisa's WP to set it up. Give the lot where you want to run your brothel the prostitution callcenter lot trait. You have to OWN the lot though, either as a home or a business. If you do it in your home-lot you'd have to get a mod to have a bunch of visitors or you won't have many customers. I'd designate it as a buyable nightclub, or cafe or something, but you can pretty much use whatever you think is fitting, the important part is that it brings in random sims as customers.

 

Then you need your... ehem... 'workers'. If you don't intend to play them just stick 'em in an empty lot, open up the household once and register them all as "roses" with WP, and enter them into a club run by the sim that you intend to play. So when you need the girls workin', you just call a club meeting, and they should start getting propositioned by random sims who are at the lot, and you, as the lot owner, will get part of the profit. After you've done that you can just evict them, the game will still remember that they are prostitutes.
