is there anyone that is able to make a mod that adds random npcs based on the races the player has installed. for instance i have  the half dragon, hybrid and dwemmer race mods installed

now the mod i like to request scans for those types of mods and generates some random npcs and adds them to the players save, so the player is not the only one running around as set race.

 

this gives more immersion to the custom race usage and for roleplay purposes the player doesn't feel like their running extinct.

Rando NPC I don't know, but you can use lazy followers to make your own NPCs, the only thing they can do is be followers, but it's already something
