How to fix Ankle/wrist cuff ??????

how can i fix this. I tried downloading some hdt files but it didn't work

They appear to be from Devious devices, and ought to be in your armour inventory.  Can you not just unequip them?

 

If it says you "don't have the key", you need one.

 

Do you have AddItem menu?  If so, search "keys", and should be under restraints key, or something.

 

The HDT part is completely unrelated.  Pretty sure you need more than just that though. 

 

There's HDT/SMP, meshed physics, CBCP....(correct me, if I'm wrong)
