[HELP] Engine Fixes.dll error 567

I decided to switch over from LE to SE, and after installing all the mods I need (so far) I decided to start the game only to get an error message saying "EngineFixes.dll" followed by "REL/Relocation.h(567): failed to open file."

 

I'm using MO2, and I have looked into this and they said I need to install Address Library for SSE and SSE Engine Fixes, both of which I have already downloaded and installed.

 

Please help! I just want to play the game!

 

My current load order is: (I did run LOOT and it's all fine.)

Managed to find the solution.

 

I hadn't updated those two mods to the version that matches my program version.

 

But now I have another problem: The game will not start. No errors, just doesn't open at all.
