Mod shows the movement of penis under belly?

HDT-PE or HDT-SMP will do this with compatible bodies/skeletons and xml.

 

That is, with the right animations and character alignments you should get collisions that will cause the belly to bulge but it usually requires a bit of reading and understanding, even when using an AIO (all in one) mod

To get the best effect for belly movement you may need a specially belly weight painted naked body for it, cause last time I saw a good one was back in 2014.

I think it was a pregnancy proof of concept sevenbase body and it worked really well with the sex effect your looking for, I think it even had a bodyslide of its own!  Actually I made devious devices for it come to think of it.
