Strange Plug in Message

yes I use NMM because I started with it and haven't tried to change.

Downloaded and installed the mod. And the tat file.

I see the that files but in the plug ins menu I get this weird message.

"This plug in has the files extension esl. but its file header is missing the esl flag!"

the tats don't show up and I am GUESSING this is why. It's not red or anything, just getting that for the three esls. 

ANy ideas how to fix this?

Get yourself a FO4Edit open that plugin in it and add ESP flag in File header -> Record flags. Save it and youre done.

That sounds like a plan. Some research but a solid plan.
