NPCs can approach male Dragonborn?

Just like the title says, I'm looking for something like the Approach mod that will work for a male character, especially male-on-male. It doesn't need to be anything too complicated, and it doesn't need to include rape scenarios although I don't mind if it does. It just feels weird that even if someone is staring at my character and practically jerking off (thanks, SexLab Aroused!  ) they'll just suffer in silence unless and until he approaches them... which, let's be honest, the little deviant probably would.

 

...Anyway, are there any mods that can provide what I'm looking for? Googling hasn't helped much.
