How to view a list of available tags?

I asked this question but it was buried under other posts and I thought it deserved its own thread.

 

I looked in the wiki and did a few searches in this forum but I still can't find a way to get a list of known tags for use with SL functions.

 

I suspect the list is linked to whatever animations are installed from the mods I am using. I am just hoping for a lesser known API function to display the list of tags to choose from.
