so i built a brothel radio advertisement and it said i apparently had one and deleted it from my settlement now the problem is i didnt have one, cant build a new one or advertise my settlement

An issue like this might be better served by posting it to the support thread for the mod.  Each mod here at LoversLab has a "Get Support" button on the download page which you can click to get to the support thread.

Work around fix, if you still need it.

Go to your mod config menu and go to the Human resources tab, there's an option to enable broadcasting even if there is no radio. Enable that setting, and you should be good to go.
