If this is not helping one (a few?) of your mods is (are) conflicting.

 

In that case, try this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/272 (Or any other alternate start mod, really)

and just skip the dumb' intro, like everyone else ^^

Yeah, this can happen when you start a new game with FNIS installed and active. It's one of the reasons why many tutorials say not to start a new game with any mods active. But there are fixes out there that can help.
