to many females need help

i dont know why but every bandit etc is just females there is hardly males. i dont know what mod causes this or what

Did you happen to install this mod Beautiful Female Enemies?  Because it can cause that issue.  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9963?tab=posts&BH=4

yes i actually do have the beautiful female enemies and settlers. what is the fix for it?

According to the posts in the support thread, you'd need to use the "non replacer version".  But just be aware that if you change a mod like this (specifically a mod that changes leveled lists or looks) in the middle of the play-through it could take a while to see any changes, since all the raiders in the cell have already been spawned.  I don't normally recommend changing mods mid-playthrough but you could probably roll the dice with this one if you didn't feel like starting over.  I make no guarantee, fallout save files are fragile things...
