Base skintone

I would like to set a specific base skintone for all new sims - is there already a mod for this?

I've been looking but found nothing that does this.

try search for "default" skin tones.  Should be some out there but I dont use em.  I also know that Wicked Whims, you can set a default for body types when they're nude and apply it to all males/females.

Thanks for the reply, however I've tried that already, it seems to have made no difference.
