animation.positioncount[2] and ActorCount[0] don't match

I am a total noob talking about modding, and i have a little problem.
I can't use some of my animation, when i try to force it by test animation, i get "Failed to start test animation. Animation.PositionCount[2] and ActorCount[0] don't match"
I bet it is so fkn obvious but like i said, i have no idea what im doing.

Is there and easy fix?

You should know what animation you are trying to do. 
It probably can't be done without making the necessary changes
