Where they thank you for adopting them the first time they see you at their new home. She constantly follows me around an says the same thing over and over. Does anyone know of any way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Googl told me about a bug with a following dwarven sphere and spider who mess adoptions up as long as they follow you. Probably something like that? Did you try disable and enable on her, leaving her home and wait 3 days?
