How to convert xps files into mod files that can be actually used in the game, do you have any specific tutorials to share?

Nothing fancy, just import the xps into blender and then reset the bone and weight. I was a bit over done by matching the body shape, but teh result of direct import is already very decent : You can check :funnybunny666 's DOA5 set as example, such as:

you got any tutorials to link on this? i'm looking at a random xps model and i see the bones but apparently just searching "blender reset bones" is too generic to figure anything out.

 

i have no technical knowledge of blender but you make it sound like a 2-3 step process that doesn't require any actual skill with the program or modelling more generally.
