Looking for 3 mods that were on Xbox

The first one was a mod that added a yellow industrial/commerical sink to be used as a Chem Station and other stations I believe 

 

The second was a mod the added real medicine and drugs to the game, however the way this one worked was that every time you found a lunchbox, there would be a guaranteed pill inside.

it’s a mod that makes every toolbox you encounter function as a workshop
