I stumbled upon that issue is about AsianHead5.nif, that eyeballs is not the same.

When i tried it with vanilla eyes it works completely fine

If you dont use High Poly Head that could be one problem else try loading the Head sculpt in the sculpt tab.

I was using high poly head - the cheeks were still sunken-  but I stopped using it in the last day or two because PC's mouth would detach from the body and float around next to me in space.
