Linking Tops/Bottoms Outfits

Hello -

 

Im curious, is there any way to link/combining tops to bottoms so that they become full outfits?  Like, youll find a lot of creators create two separate clothing items like a bikini top and a bikini bottom so that you have to add both items to the Sim.  Was wondering if there was a way to make that become a full outfit...
