Breasts become flattened, but only on exteriors (CBBE 3BA)

I have made sure to include all perquisites and I already reinstalled both CBPC and 3BA multiple times with different configurations, but the issue persists. Breasts work normally when in interiors, but whenever I take my character outside the breasts get distorted. I edited the 3BA's "CBPCSystem.ini" file to fix the constant giggle when standing still, so I don't know if that may make an impact. Is it an FPS issue? Or is Anniversary Edition the problem? I can share my mod list if requested.

For just a guess, I'd say try disabling the weather mods. Maybe a "wind" affecting the breast collision?

Ok. So, installing ENB and then reinstalling everything fixed it somehow. So maybe it was an FPS issue.
