Why hasn't anyone developed a MOD that can attach perspectives to NPCS or animals like SkyrimLE's IFPV?

Whether IFPV SE, Joy of persective or Improved Camera can't do this.

Because it isn't that simple to do, and every creature's 1st/3rd person camera (when they even exist) is a unique setting for making this work.

 

Its hard to do well.  I gave up on it after a few weeks because even when it worked, it didn't work reliably and usually didn't look good at all.

But still, there is no MOD that could attach perspective to another human NPC's head by type hotkeys like the IFPV of the LE version. And some MOD such as Thief or Alternative conversation has done this, just without providing hotkeys. But I don't know anything about making MODs just asking?. Thanks for your hard works and sharing.
