Help - Possible Conflict with Turbo's Intersex Mod

Hello, ever since a while I've not been able to use the both option in regards to the Impregnation/Get Pregnant option that Turbo's mod Intersex Mod creates, I'm pretty sure it's a conflict because I've updated the file multiple times, but the option for both in terms of being impregnation, and getting pregnant doesn't appear, has anyone figured out this problem, is it a conflict with custom Likes/dislikes?

If another mod overrides the same CAS file as the Intersex mod uses, then only one mod will work. There's no way around it, if you find the other mod that conflicts, you have to choose one to keep.
