jimmywon34 Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 Can't figure it out, the only thing is I swapped out my ini's in MO2 then I started having this problem. I don't have a limited, through ENB or otherwise. Needless to say this is causing stuttering in my game with a 60hz screen. Any suggestions?

I dont think there are any ini setting that run through MO that touch fps locking. I know with my enb.ini(I am on LE)which is in my skyrim folder there is setting under {Limiter} for locking fps and in my graphics card set up I can lock fps. Maybe see if you have [Limiter] in skyrim.ini skyrimprefix.ini. Not sure or how and or why you swapped out the ini's in MO? --Like your avatar by the way

Yea i don't see anything in the ini's that would limit FPS or lock them either. I swapped them(and forgot to backup my old ones like a dumbass, was in a hurry) out for the other ini's from another profile from MO2. I don't have it locked anywhere, not in enb, not in nvidia. I am about to just use the non SKSE launcher and see if that will work by adjusting the settings through that, wanted to avoid that because it will update to AE if I do.
Heroine HoneyCrotch Posted February 27, 2022 Posted February 27, 2022 It just so happens I set up Beth.ini just now. took 2 minutes. MO user. Highly recommend you try/rerun that. Look on description page for that mod it tells you what MO user should do when setting it up, real easy, real quick. I wasnt having problems in game, installed it, went into game and still noticed difference When running exe that comes with Beth.ini you have it point to MO profile and it changes/fixes/improves ini's inside MO

Heroine HoneyCrotch Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Your on SE, Pretty sure you SEers dont do the enb file. Enb and Graphics card are main ways to lock fps, that or a mod. Lets clarify, you dont have fps locked in graphics card at 60? And no enb.ini in skyrim folder?
