Looking for a mod that will allow me to set or lower the rent on rental lots

What I'm trying to do (or did rather) is create a small two floor "one room" building so two sims can get away for a day and share each other's romantic company without being pestered by other sims, however 560 simoleons for one night in what is basically a one room motel seems.. a bit steep (especially considering I don't have any mods installed that increase income or anything like that). So what I'd like to do is be able to set the cost to rent or "vacation" at that lot.

 

I know about Little Ms Sam's mods, and one other, but those mods seem to be built with creating a whole resort in mind. I'm looking for something much smaller in scope.
