FNIS problem or NMM?

I apologize in advance if this issue is in the forums.  I couldn't find anything that specifically addressed my problem.

 

1) The game runs great. No CTD's, no mod errors, BOSS is utilized. 

 

2) I updated to the most recent version of SKSE, downloaded and installed Arrok's new TBBP animations.

 

3) I went to upgrade Sexlab, followed the instructions, disabled everything, unchecked sexlab and loverscomfort ran FNIS behaviors and it continues to read my disabled mods.  I then noticed that it was reading all of the disabled mods that I had previously installed. I have never had a problem with FNIS and NMM working cohesively. 

 

4) I tried uninstalling/reinstalling FNIS with the same results.

 

5) I kept sexlab and loverscomfort disabled and logged into the game.  They are still showing up and running in MCM and only one animation will play via sexlab.  I can only disable the mods through the skyrim launcher. 

   

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Disabled (by unchecking the ESP/ESM in NMM) or uninstalled? If it is not uninstalled then FNIS would still see the animation files that are still there.
