johnny2by4 Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 i've yet to get it to work. bought one from the sexout store bunker, do i need to equip it to get the option because i can't get that to work.
RitualClarity Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 If you have it in the inventory it should automatically work when the sex act happens. To get the sex act to happen you need to have some mod like SexoutStraponSex.
