theblindbat Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 TL;DR - Clear your Lover's Lab related cookie cache I was getting those lovely errors almost non-stop until I put two and two together. For me, at least. Your mile may vary as always. I noticed the very occasional Lover's Lab server error 400(?) about 'cookie too big or invalid' slipping in among the mountains of Cloud Flare errors. This reminded me from prior experience that Firefox needs to have it's Lover's Lab cookies cleared every so often. So I simply cleared them again, and once logged back in, viola, no problems whatsoever. This may be only applicable to Firefox. If not, web admins might need to research it a little more. Hope this helps someone.
ViperWine Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 I had exactly the same problem, and came to the same conclusion as you. Cleared my Firefox from cookies... Now I don't have the 520's anymore but the whole site layout is totally broken. When I change page I see the usual layout for a second and then it brakes down to basic html links with everything totally messed up. Some pictures over the whole screen and others very small. Some kind of CSS problem or something. I'm using Opera now and everything looks okay, so it's only LL and Firefox... Any ideas?...
ViperWine Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Okay, Problem with broken layout solved. I disabled a plugin i Firefox "Dark Background and Light Text" and that fixed the problem. The weird thing is that all sites are dark with white text anyhow???!!!... But I don't care... "Don't try to fix something, when its working... Even when it's broken" ?

For me it was Firefox and noscript. noscript options->general and under Trusted, checking "unrestricted css" fixed it for me. It seemed to be off by default. In a post back in july 2021 by the author of noscript he says... "Unrestricted CSS means that NoScript skips some additional checks on visual stylesheets which make sense where scripts are disabled and attackers may reach for additional means to work around the blocking. Having it checked on TRUSTED sites is the recommended setting."
theblindbat Posted February 9, 2022 Author Posted February 9, 2022 For trusted sites? LL is always trusted here and I checked what you suggested and it shows everything checked for trusted sites. Weird. At least dealing with the cache every couple months fixes any problems.
