I think you got mistake on where you are asking the question for.

The section you asked the question is the "Downloads" section, where the modder/creators create thread to upload the mods and also give helps about their mods.

So, basically, if your question isn't relating to specific category, you ask in this section, "The Sims 4 General Discussion".

And if your question is related with WickedWhims (WW), you should ask your questions in this section, "WickedWhims".
