[Help] Custom NPC and Marriage

This is driving me nuts, so I would appreciate anyone's answer. Also, I apologize if this the wrong section, so feel free to move the topic if the need is necessary.

 

Anyway, I've been trying to set one of the Children of the sky R2 beta followers to the marriage faction, but none of the options that I've tried has worked. I really hope that someone can give me advice on how to work this out, since I've run out of ideas.

 

These are the things I've tried so far:

- added to the Marriage / Follower faction

- added setrelationshiprank 4 / player.setrelationshiprank (npc ID) 4 to console

- disable / enable on console

 

And yes, I am wearing the Amulet of Mara and have spoken to the priest in Rift. I've even tried this alternate mod http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/87-adalia-teenager-follower-requires-children-of-the-sky/ but it doesn't work, either. Which is a let-down, since it clearly states that this mod lets me marry her.

 

Alternatively, feel free to point me to a similar mod that lets me marry the custom race more easily. Thank you in advanced!
