Skyrim VR: Weird but amazing glitch, any way to reproduce with mods ?

Hi, I just discovered this weird glitch on Skyrim VR, I took a video:

As pictured, 2 NPCs were apparently dead but stuck in an idle animation, which gives full collision control with HIGGS, being able to grab arms, legs, head etc... but the character always gets back to its original position when you let go. 

 

Know of any mods able to reproduce this ?

May I ask how you recorded this? I've been trying to figure out how to record or stream my Skyrim VR gameplay

Using Nvidia's overlay and then video editing to remove the desktop
