Sexlab Face Palm - help please!

This is a Sexlab Scene starting, probably via SLEN, Follower Needs, or Random Sex mods.  I'm not even sure where to begin with this farce. The girl in the ground reports she is running the "SexlabDoNothing" package. I gave up with the other.

 

(PS the blobbiness of the girl on the left is a NIF fault I know how to fix so don't worry about it.)

 

The second try with the save had them start and both fall into "Sexlabdonothing" package. So they stood there in a clench for hours.

 

I expect there is a Sexlab setting that I can tweak to prevent this sort of behaviour?  If so, please do let me know. Thanks!

 

MO2 / SSE game. (PS I know about Random Sex's CTD fault and the mod is set up to avoid it).
