CTD on Startup help (Crashlogger log included)

Hello, long time lurker first time poster.

I am CTD almost instantaneously and I have gone about making sure I've downloaded most of the updated versions of the mods with .dll components. Now, I might have missed something but I have Crash Logger to see why I'm crashing but the problem is that I can't really understand what it's necessarily telling me.

you need to add " exclusions in windows defender " as it seems that skse and your Mod Manager are likely to be mentioned in the " stack " paragraph .
