How about every official crafter and enchanter do it your ya, with different skill level and different prices, additionally crafting items for you for a fee and the possibility to change their skilllevel and prices. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/61015 They can craft everything you can theoretically craft if you had their skill. So modded items should be fine mostly.
