Looking for an easy Devious Device Unlocker for Skyrim SE AE

I'm looking for a mod similar to

 

Effectively, at every workbench in Fallout if you can reach it you pay money for each of the devious devices you wish to unlock. Is there a similar mod for Skyrim SE ?

I'm looking for a regular destination I can at least hop to when I'm completely helpless to escape my restraints. Currently it seems that once I'm completely locked up there's nothing to to but use the safeword via MCM. Which is a big realism breaker in my opinion, there should be a "key in an ice cube" that you can reach. I understand that some devices have time locks as a punishment, but at least be able to unlock the stuff that you just need a key for?

 

I could also just be an idiot and not know there is an NPC/object in every city that will unlock everything for me. If so if somebody could point me to said NPC/object

A while after making this post I discovered Devious Followers which I think comes pretty close in that it has a blacksmith feature, so you just have to make your way to nearest blacksmith and pay them cash.
