Using Leveler's Tower a bad idea?

So recently I used Leveler's tower to level up a character I made, pretty fast, I wanted to try out something and didn't had the time to level up. But the thing is, ever sinced I used that tower to level up, I noticed that the save file is somewhat buggy with constant infinite loadings and such. So what I am trying to understand is whether leveling up through these methods can break a save file or if it is just coincidence.

I haven't used it in quite a while, but I only ever had one issue:

 

the guy who created it used a direct copy of the DB quest cook, Gianna. Which broke that part of the quest. Other than that, never had any issues with the older versions. But again, it's been a while.

 

It was fun to use for a while for testing new races really quickly, but console commands are even quicker

i used 3.5a of levelers tower on my last playthrough and i defiantly remember those infinite loadscreens

also remember crashing a few times when in that lab

 

so im avoiding it on my new playthrough

I use it as well, haven't really noticed any problems directly from it. I have blown my install adjusting other things though hehe. But I don't use the buttons for rank ups either. EVen if it did bug though, I would probably still use it on a limited basis. At least for the unique spells. I love water walking! And it doesnt hurt that Shanea Shae and Elizabeth are total hotties

Yeah there seems to be a problem with the tower and using it to level. Loaded a save file before that one and I leveled it through other methods and it works like a charm. So for the moment avoid using the tower to level up.
