I just got a new gaming rig and was looking to make a fresh install, but I wanted to double check something first: Does sexlab (and DD) support 3BA? I don't even know if this question makes sense, tbh. It kind of seems like stuff is made specifically for CBBE, but does the 3BA addon actually affect anything? I had stuff really not line up correctly in my old install, and I don't know if I just had unreasonable expectations, or if it was that I was using the "amazing body." I see the post which seems to hint that BHUNP bodies need some work to be supported by DD. I'm cool with using BHUNP instead, but maybe this level of treatment is only needed for BHUNP and not for 3BA? Thanks for the advice!
belegost Posted January 25, 2022 Posted January 25, 2022 3BA is an extension of CBBE but with more sliders (more or less, there's more to it, but I'm competent enough on the subject to elaborate). 3BA will work with anything that was designed for CBBE, though a lot of 3BA specific sliders will be missing. In most cases this is not a problem and will not cause any significant problems. BHUNP is an extension of UNP in a similar vein.

It may be that you have installed a mod that is not compatible with 3BA (CBBE). Quote from mod: Rubber Facility BHUNP conversion, as many outfits as it deems necessary. But it sounds like something like this isn't needed (unless I decide I love BHUNP/UNP more than 3BA.

In addition, on UNP the SMP can be more easily applied ✌️
