error in the mod

i downloaded the latest game update from the sims, and i downloaded the whickedwhims mod that came out in january, last week, i put the script and package in the mods folder normally, but when i open the game, it seems that there is no mod. And I downloaded the animations too, can anyone help me?

Have you activated scripts and custom content in the game settings?

it was really outdated, I downloaded it from another site and it worked, thank you
