which programs do I need?

so as the title suggests, I've finally decided  to do some recolouring / and fixing of some CC's that don't quite match up ( i.e. nipples floating in the air)

use to do a lot of recolouring with sims 2 so which programs do I need to recolour / adjust CC's also want to create some game specific traits.

Sims4Studio, Blender, and any 2D editing software (Photoshop/Gimp)

 

You should find plenty of tutorials on Sims4Studio forum's.
